• The OCVN logo is approved and on file at our Embroidery Department for your garments and accessories. Please note: Take into consideration your garment color and how the logo will appear on the item. The thread colors are not approved to be changed.


• Return Policy:  Robert Reneé will accept the return of all unworn and sellable products with tags attached that are not customized with logo. If Robert Reneé is in error the products are unconditionally exchangeable and shipping paid. All Robert Renee garments are backed by a 100% manufacturer satisfaction guarantee. Restocking and shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, if Robert Reneé or manufacturers are not in error.
