The ever-popular Women’s Retreat, now in its 13th year, is a true Sanctuary tradition! Enjoy the company of other like-minded women and get back to nature in the way that suits you best – hiking, meditating, journaling, or getting a massage on a quiet deck under the canopy of trees. This retreat offers something rarely afforded in our busy lives – taking time out to relax as much as you wish, and participating in the many organized but optional activities.
What to Bring:
- A good book
- A journal for writing
- A floor mat for yoga (the floors are HARD!)
- Comfortable clothing
- Snacks to share and for yourself
- Bottled water
- A favorite pillow
- Hiking shoes/boots with good soles
- A walking stick is helpful
- Outdoor clothing for the weather
- A water bottle and a pack for carrying your lunch
- A flashlight
- Your personal toiletries
Meals - vegetarian, not necessarily vegan.

Massage and CranioSacral Therapy. Kami Niehoff is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Yoga Instructor. She will be offering Swedish (Relaxation) and Therapeutic Massage, and CranioSacral work. 60 minute sessions at $70, 75 minute sessions are $86, and 90 minute sessions are $100.
