The peregrine falcon chicks Dart, Blaze and Hoshi (Japanese for star) were taken from the nest box and banded this morning. Division of Wildlife employee Rick Dorn is on the ledge 41 stories high in Columbus to gather the chicks for banding. Dart is a male and Blaze and Hoshi are females. They were returned to the nest box quickly after being banded and will fledge from the nest in 3 weeks.
